To book an appointment for a new set of brows, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required.
The deposit will go towards the price of the service.
Deposit is also required for touch-ups.
The remaining balance will be DUE in Cash or Card on the day of treatment.
To reschedule an appointment a 72-hour notice is required.

All scheduled touch-ups are for existing clients and a non-refundable deposit of

1st touchup will not be rescheduled once it's booked due to 1st touchup is time-sensitive.

After 1+ years will be charged a new set of brows fee depending on the amount of work required, please send a clear photo of your brows.

If you are interested in a cover-up and or correction, you must email a clear photo prior to booking an appointment to be considered.
Not informing your technician can result in a loss of deposit or a rescheduling fee.
We can NOT guarantee results! Everyone's skin is different and everyone heals differently.
This also applies to cover-up/corrective work.
If previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal is highly recommended before booking an appointment to achieve the best results.
Cover up/Corrective work generally requires multiple sessions for the best results and will be charged accordingly.

AHAs (lactic, glycol citric, retinoic, and tartaric acids) or any OTC (over the counter) creams and lotions for tone correcting, anti-aging and exfoliating can fade and discolor your permanent makeup.
Flu or Cold: Please stay home and reschedule your appointment if you have a cold, flu, or sinus/respiratory infection.
Coumadin: Amount of bleeding and response to topical epinephrine will determine coverage per application. If excessive bleeding occurs, extra appointments/applications may be necessary for the desired outcome, or the procedure may not be effective.
Juvederm or other "fillers": Get permanent makeup first or ask your Juvederm tech for clearance.
Shingles: If you have shingles on your face, wait several months for it to clear before permanent makeup.
Eyelift or blepharoplasty: Wait for about 3 months.
We follow the strictest sterile guidelines set forth by the CDC and SNHD of Covid-19 prevention protocol in setting up our permanent cosmetics procedures. Each permanent cosmetics procedure set up is specific to each client’s needs and involves time in technician planning, stocking of sterile supplies, and setting up specific to your procedure. A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required to make a new appointment. The deposit must be payed via Zelle, Venmo, Cash or credit cards (5% credit card fee is applied).
We have a grace period of
30 minutes. If you arrive
30 minutes late to your appointment, it will be necessary to reschedule. After rescheduling a new appointment and the appointment is broken for a second time, the remaining procedure session/s you have purchased is/are forfeited.Clients who break their appointments or arrive
30 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be charged the
$100 broken appointment fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full.
Unless your appointment is broken or you do not show up, this non-refundable booking fee will be applied to your procedure cost.
If a person violates or doesn't want to abide by our rules/policies and government directives, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explaining the reason.
NO GUEST: Due to Nevada state Governors' mandate to provide safe and sanitized place for our clients as well as complying with strict SNHD Covid19 prevention protocol, NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ANYTIME. Please do not bring guests, pets or kids with you to your appointment. Plan accordingly. We want the best for you and your cosmetic tattoo treatment and can't have any distractions. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in our studio due to insurance and state law. We are a licensed tattoo shop.
Card Processing Fee:
5% of the total bill for all card processing. There is no additional
5% card processing fee for cash payments, zelle or venmo.
When you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment in a timely manner, it affects three parties.
